Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team while ensuring accuracy and accountability in financial reporting
• Own the company's consolidated P&L and prepare financial materials for executive leadership and Board meetings
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting for Operating Expenses and serve as a senior partner to functional leaders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance, including 2+ years in people management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to delegate and develop team talent
• Strong understanding of GAAP and the intersection of Accounting and FP&A
• Experience with enterprise planning tools and financial planning software
• Bonus: MBA and/or CPA preferred, and experience in a Subscription or Media/Content environment
