Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, including long-range planning and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Deliver monthly financial reporting packages with variance analysis and actionable insights
• Partner with various departments to align financial plans with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
• Demonstrated experience building and owning budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools is a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or PE-backed environment
