Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide planning and forecasting processes, performing variance analyses
• Act as a strategic finance partner to department leaders, managing operating expenses and developing financial models
• Prepare and present financial analysis and management reporting packages for executive leadership and investor relations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
• Proactive use of AI tools to streamline financial workflows
• Strong working knowledge of FP&A platforms and ERP systems
• Extensive experience in analyzing large, complex datasets
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while balancing detail and strategic vision
