Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of FP&A - Personal Loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and operating expense management across the organization
• Enhance the corporate financial model to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic scenario analysis
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to strengthen financial performance and optimize resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA, CPA or advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years of FP&A or related financial experience within financial services or consumer lending
• Proven expertise in expense forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools is a plus
• Solid understanding of operating expenses, accounting principles, and financial reporting best practices
