Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Summary

Owning the FP&A function, the full-time remote Senior Manager of FP&A will manage the financial model, lead budgeting processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and ongoing reforecast processes for operating expenses
• Own and maintain the financial model, ensuring accuracy and defending assumptions
• Coach and develop the FP&A analyst, setting clear expectations and providing feedback

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven experience owning a financial model end-to-end and understanding its drivers
• Strong track record of coaching analysts and fostering their professional growth
• Depth in modeling and forecasting, with well-documented assumptions
• Experience using AI to enhance workflows and analysis processes
