Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Summary

To support a private equity-backed SaaS business, the full-time Senior Manager of FP&A will manage forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting while building scalable financial models to drive growth and M&A execution in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-accuracy revenue and operating profit forecasts, maintaining a low mean absolute percentage error for short-term outlooks
• Own the monthly performance package, including KPI scorecards, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations for executive leadership
• Build and maintain scalable, driver-based models that connect financial signals to business levers across revenue, margin, headcount, and cash flow

Required Qualifications

• 6-9 years of progressive FP&A experience in a high-growth or PE-backed SaaS environment
• Strong fluency in SaaS/subscription business models and metrics, including ARR, NRR, and unit economics
• Proven ability to build and maintain sophisticated, audit-ready operating models
• Some direct exposure to M&A diligence and integration modeling
• Advanced proficiency in structured Excel or Google Sheets modeling; SQL proficiency preferred
