Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Summary

To drive financial insight and accountability, the full-time salaried Senior Manager of FP&A will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, manage monthly and quarterly reporting packages, and collaborate cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and executive scorecards
• Drive the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes in partnership with department leaders
• Serve as a finance partner to business units, providing insights and recommendations based on financial performance

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles, with a preference for consulting or private equity experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Applied Science, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in tech-enabled healthcare, services, or SaaS/subscription-based businesses preferred
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, including complex formulas and operational-to-financial forecast modeling
• Experience with NetSuite and planning tools, such as Adaptive Insights, is strongly preferred
