Senior Manager of Fund Administration

Job Summary

Leading the Fund Administration function, the full-time Senior Manager of Fund Administration will oversee a complex portfolio of partners, manage a team of Fund Administrators, and ensure compliance and exceptional partner service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the relationship lead for a portfolio, ensuring high-quality stewardship and partner satisfaction
• Lead and develop a team of Fund Administrators, establishing performance standards and quality assurance processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and ensure data integrity across fund systems

Required qualifications

• 7 years of experience in fund administration or related fields, with a bachelor's degree, or 9 years of relevant experience without a degree
• 3 years of supervisory or project leadership experience
• Proficiency with CRM systems and productivity tools
• Experience in supporting DAF/CAF/SEF administration is strongly preferred
• Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret fund reports and operational issues
