Senior Manager of Governance
Job Summary
Focused on ensuring control management is embedded in daily operations, the full-time Senior Manager of Governance will collaborate extensively across business units to identify and mitigate operational risks, build RCSA reporting capabilities, and enhance risk assessment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and assess risks throughout business processes and systems in collaboration with process owners
- Build and scale RCSA reporting capabilities by defining actionable KPIs/KRIs to improve risk visibility and management
- Lead control monitoring efforts and communicate key operational risk trends to senior management for informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operational risk management within a financial services context
- Strong understanding of operational risk management lifecycle activities
- Proven expertise in process governance and project management
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and evaluate risk scenarios effectively
- Experience managing large teams across diverse geographies
