Senior Manager of Graphics

Job Summary

Leading a talented team, the full-time Senior Manager of Graphics will drive the productization of innovative graphics technologies into production-ready software, collaborating with various technical teams to deliver next-generation graphics capabilities in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the transition of graphics innovations and SDKs into production-ready software and platform features
• Build and develop a high-performing organization focused on graphics software delivery and release execution
• Collaborate with graphics researchers, GPU architects, and software engineering teams to ensure successful feature adoption and deployment

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Graphics, or a related technical field; Master's degree or PhD preferred
• Experience leading graphics software or engineering teams, with a strong understanding of graphics pipelines and rendering technologies
• Proven track record of delivering complex software releases and coordinating execution across multiple engineering organizations
• Experience mentoring technical leaders and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
• Knowledge of AI-assisted graphics technologies or advanced rendering techniques is a plus
