Job Summary

Leading the growth and onboarding strategy for the Mudflap Fuel Card, the full-time Senior Manager of Growth will optimize the customer journey from application to retention while managing a high-impact team in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance the customer journey from application through activation and early retention
• Drive funnel conversion, onboarding performance, and time-to-value improvements
• Develop scalable onboarding systems and playbooks to improve fleet activation and long-term engagement

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in growth, onboarding, operations, or customer lifecycle leadership
• Proven track record of improving conversion, activation, retention, and customer engagement metrics
• Highly analytical with experience using data and dashboards to drive decisions
• Strong leadership skills with experience in building high-performing teams
• Passion for leveraging AI and automation to enhance operations and customer experience
