Job Summary
Leading the HR Technology function, the full-time Senior Manager of HR Technology will manage a team of specialists, oversee Workday configuration and integration, and ensure the reliability and governance of HR systems in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the HR Technology / HRIS team, focusing on platform health and improvement
- Manage Workday configuration, security design, and integration architecture with connected HR systems
- Drive change management and user adoption for HR tools, ensuring effective communication and training
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HR Technology / HRIS with hands-on Workday configuration
- 3+ years of leadership experience in an HR Technology / HRIS team
- Deep expertise in Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation, with knowledge of Time & Absence, Benefits, and Talent
- Familiarity with a broader HR technology stack and experience in administering HR configurations
- Strong collaboration skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
