Senior Manager of Identity Governance

Job Summary

Leading the Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) team, the full-time Senior Manager of Identity Governance will provide technical leadership and operational oversight for CrowdStrike's IAM program, ensuring secure and scalable identity services while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and improve IGA capabilities across the enterprise while overseeing globally distributed teams
• Define and execute a comprehensive Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) framework, focusing on securing Non-Human Identities (NHI)
• Partner with engineering and security teams to embed IAM controls into product development and maintain operational health of IAM platforms

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with a focus on large-scale RBAC frameworks
• Proven expertise in identity protocols for Non-Human Identities (NHI) and knowledge of secrets management and enterprise token exchange
• Solid understanding of risk management and information security strategies, including familiarity with NIST, SOC 2, and ISO 27001
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred) with 8-10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
