Senior Manager of Implementation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Implementation to lead complex implementation initiatives and ongoing platform operations in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations, including testing and QA for new tools or offerings
• Serve as the point of escalation for implementation issues and vendor performance
• Oversee ongoing operational support and optimization of the VBC platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, data science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in large-scale implementations within a healthcare setting
• 5+ years of understanding of Medicare Advantage programs and value-based care models
• Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
