Key Responsibilities

• Lead a solution delivery team through the complete implementation lifecycle, ensuring adherence to implementation standards and performance measurements
• Manage project budgets and resource capacity, while providing guidance to achieve efficient implementation execution and quality deliverables
• Support Sales and Program Management in negotiating and closing services contracts, while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience managing an implementation team delivering complex custom software solutions
• Management experience is required
• Knowledge of the payments industry
• Extensive customer-facing experience
