Job Summary
Leading the transition of acquired businesses to the Honor Care Platform, the remote Senior Manager of Implementations will manage high-stakes projects, ensure operational stability, and empower local teams while driving performance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end technical migration of acquired businesses, including onboarding and training
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring adherence to project plans and mitigating risks
- Partner with local management to stabilize operations and model organizational standards during transitions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or field operations
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technical transitions or multi-site operational integrations
- Proven ability to lead by example in relationship-driven environments
- Experience in service-based operations such as healthcare, staffing, or retail
- Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools to drive market performance
