Job Summary
Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager of Incident Management will architect business continuity for critical financial and supply chain systems while ensuring the resilience and observability of the global SaaS ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SREs, fostering a culture of accountability and safety
- Transition incident management from reactive support to proactive engineering, aligning team goals with digital transformation initiatives
- Oversee the Major Incident Response process and conduct Root Cause Analysis to drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, including 2+ years in a management role
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles
- Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or Salesforce
- Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus
- Solid knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
