Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager of Incident Management will architect business continuity for critical lifecycles while ensuring the resilience of a global SaaS ecosystem, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
- Transition from reactive support to proactive engineering by aligning team goals with broader digital transformation initiatives
- Own the Major Incident Response process, ensuring efficient "War Rooms" and driving actionable improvements through Root Cause Analysis
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering, including 2+ years in a management role
- Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay business cycles
- Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, and Workday
- Strong knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
- Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus
