Senior Manager of Informatics

Job Summary

Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering data and reporting solutions, the full-time Senior Manager of Informatics will collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to support care management operations and population health strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data assets, dashboards, and analytics to enhance performance tracking and improve program outcomes
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various sources, producing actionable insights for decision-making
• Translate business and clinical requirements into effective reporting and analytics solutions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, informatics, or data engineering, particularly in care management or population health
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data manipulation, including complex queries, data models, and ETL processes
• Strong experience with healthcare data sources, including claims and clinical systems
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
