Senior Manager of Infrastructure Operations

Job Summary

Leading the Infrastructure Operations team, the full-time Senior Manager of Infrastructure Operations will oversee the stability and lifecycle of on-premises infrastructure, manage data center consolidation programs, and ensure effective disaster recovery and vulnerability management, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of data center evacuation and consolidation programs, including capacity planning and server/storage moves
• Maintain the end-of-service-life hardware remediation roadmap and manage infrastructure risks
• Own the execution of disaster recovery tests and lead infrastructure vulnerability management efforts

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure/IT operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in on-premises data center operations and lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL, incident/problem management, and disaster recovery
• Experience with monitoring/observability and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
• Demonstrated ability to establish operational governance and agile delivery processes
