Senior Manager of Innovation Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager - UM Innovation Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize innovation initiatives with measurable business rationale
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and implement innovative solutions
• Manage innovation efforts through all stages, including ideation, solution development, and pilot execution

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Program and Project Delivery leadership in a matrix organization
• Experience managing project teams in developing microservices and APIs in cloud-native architecture
• Hands-on experience supporting the full business lifecycle from discovery to release
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable capabilities and process documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred
