Senior Manager of Innovation Strategy
Job Summary
To drive the Generative AI strategy within Global Servicing, the full-time Senior Manager of Innovation Strategy will manage complex program needs, develop innovative strategies, and foster internal and external relationships to enhance both colleague and customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Scope and prioritize the next wave of GenAI pilots, leveraging insights from smaller-scale efforts
- Support the evolution of the Servicing Innovation intake process to assess and scale innovative use cases through the Innovation Lab
- Design and lead a comprehensive innovation strategy informed by market trends and emerging technologies
Required qualifications
- Strategic thinker with a strong interest in Generative AI and innovation
- Experience in designing and managing intake or portfolio management processes for new initiatives
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, particularly in AI, and their application in customer experiences
- Proven ability to synthesize external trends into actionable strategies
- Demonstrated relationship-building and collaborative skills to partner with business leaders
