Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Integration Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the Integration Support function, ensuring reliability across 500+ HL7v2 interfaces and other integration types
  • Act as the senior escalation point for high severity production incidents, managing triage and root cause analysis
  • Design and implement a best-in-class support model, including SLAs, escalation pathways, and monitoring frameworks
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in healthcare technology with expertise in HL7 integrations
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical support teams in complex production environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for HL7v2, APIs, sFTP, and database extracts
  • Proven ability to manage high severity incidents with effective communication
  • Experience in building support organizations and improving SLA performance
