A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Internal Employee Communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with internal employees regarding benefits, bonuses, compensation, annual reviews, etc
  • Work with the People and Culture communications department
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional environment
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute plans effectively
