Senior Manager of Investor Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate financial models and KPIs into clear external messaging and narratives
• Own quarterly earnings preparation, including messaging, materials, and investor briefings
• Analyze P&L and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities, while leading competitive and industry analysis

Required Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, equity research, private equity, corporate finance, or investor relations at a public software/internet company
• Advanced financial and analytical skills, including proficiency in modeling and analysis
• Familiarity with valuation methods and investor applications
• Prior Investor Relations experience at a public company, preferably in software/SaaS
• Hands-on experience with third-party data for ownership tracking and peer benchmarking
