Senior Manager of IT Operations

Job Summary

Leading the design and execution of enterprise IT environments, the full-time Senior Manager of IT Operations will oversee core infrastructure across Microsoft platforms, Azure, and Cisco networking while ensuring operational efficiency and security in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT infrastructure operations across on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance
• Oversee Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, maintaining operational stability and lifecycle management
• Lead and develop the IT infrastructure and operations team, driving accountability and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 12-15 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience
• Strong expertise in Microsoft infrastructure technologies
• Hands-on experience with Azure, including GCC/GCC High
• Experience managing virtualization platforms and Linux/Windows server environments
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking
