Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Land & Title.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex title due diligence
• Coordinate title curative efforts with various stakeholders
• Provide subject matter expertise on Title and Land matters throughout the project life cycle

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of title review experience
• Bachelor's Degree, JD Preferred
• Renewable energy experience preferred
• Land acquisition experience preferred
• High initiative and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
