Senior Manager of Large Pro Strategy

Job Summary

Driving growth for large pro partners, the full-time Senior Manager of Large Pro Strategy will manage strategic initiatives, analyze data for improvement opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Independently own key strategic initiatives from concept through execution and success measurement
• Steer quantitative and qualitative research efforts to inform decision-making regarding financial and operational drivers of pro success
• Program manage large strategic changes involving multiple teams, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and providing updates to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development, or operations
• Strong analytical background with experience in data gathering and driving strategic insights
• Management consulting experience at a top firm is strongly preferred
• A strong interest in home services, marketplaces, and product-driven organizations
