Senior Manager of Learning Design
Job Summary
Leading the Instructional Design team, the full-time Senior Manager of Learning Design & Innovation will advance innovative learning solutions and oversee the design and development lifecycle while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the Instructional Design team to enhance learning solutions
- Guide the design and execution of learning initiatives, ensuring quality and alignment with business priorities
- Identify and implement AI-enabled learning solutions and innovative approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred or equivalent experience in instructional design
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development or instructional design
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading learning professionals
- Strong experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience implementing AI-enabled learning solutions and innovative learning approaches
