Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading global and regional Learning and Development teams
• Proven success in leading matrixed teams with a focus on global and regional priorities
• Knowledge of digital learning tools and technologies, including LMS platforms
• Experience in using data to assess training needs and report on initiatives
• Strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
