Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior Manager of Learning & Development will own the strategy and execution of leadership capability programs, manage a diverse portfolio, and partner with leaders across multiple international sites in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of L&D programs including executive coaching and global leadership development
- Execute a globally aligned leadership development strategy while adapting content to local contexts
- Measure program effectiveness and continuously improve offerings based on data and participant feedback
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
- Experience managing vendor relationships with accountability for program quality
- Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders and HR stakeholders
- Experience building or scaling L&D in an organization without a well-established function
