Job Summary
To drive leadership capability and organizational performance, the full-time Senior Manager of Learning & Development will manage a diverse portfolio of programs, oversee vendor relationships, and partner with HRBPs to implement effective learning solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the L&D program portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective participant experiences
- Execute a globally aligned leadership development strategy, adapting content to local contexts while maintaining shared standards
- Measure program effectiveness through defined success metrics, utilizing data and feedback for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development
- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs during significant organizational change
- Experience managing vendor relationships with accountability for quality and outcomes
- Strong facilitation skills, capable of leading leadership workshops independently
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and HR stakeholders without direct authority
