Job Summary

A company is looking for a senior manager of the loss prevention & safety services process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Loss Prevention & Safety Services department team and manage profitable growth and loss prevention strategy
  • Deliver cost-efficient loss prevention and safety service insights and recommendations to customers, underwriters, and agents
  • Create and execute a loss prevention framework that aligns with corporate strategies and includes methods for measuring effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED with eight years of relevant experience, including three years in a leadership role, or a Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field with five years of experience and three years in leadership
  • Experience in transportation loss prevention, safety services, claims, or business process management
  • Proven ability to drive and influence change
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Process-oriented with sound, analytically based decision-making ability
