Senior Manager of Lounge Design

Job Summary

Leading the design strategy for Card Member facing physical spaces, the full-time Senior Manager of Lounge Design will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance brand experiences primarily in airports and travel-related segments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimize Card Member spaces, enhancing brand presence
• Manage environmental brand direction and oversee design from concept through construction
• Liaise with design agencies and architects to ensure the execution of the brand vision and provide design direction

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in commercial interior design or branded environmental design
• Strong understanding of design principles and permanent physical space design
• Ability to craft and communicate purposeful design narratives
• Familiarity with space planning, floorplans, and furniture planning
• Understanding of production and construction processes, including documentation and budgeting
