Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term Advanced Manufacturing & Automation strategy
• Act as the primary interface between Engineering, Operations, Product, and Quality teams for advanced manufacturing initiatives
• Direct the design, validation, and integration of new automation systems and manufacturing technologies

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Automation, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven experience in developing and scaling automated manufacturing systems
• Deep expertise in factory automation and process engineering
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing)
• Background in regulated or precision industries is preferred
