Senior Manager of MCS Projects

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, MCS Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding processes by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and ensure fulfillment of client setup as defined by Statement of Work agreements
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Payments across relevant functions such as Product/Marketing, Operations, IT, or Risk
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of credit card life cycle sub-processes
• Demonstrated financial, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and work autonomously
