Senior Manager of Medical Affairs

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Manager of Medical Affairs will develop and review study protocols, conduct analyses using various data sources, and communicate findings to stakeholders, with the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and support study protocols and statistical analysis plans for RWE studies
• Conduct analyses using claims, EHR, and observational registry databases while ensuring data integrity
• Communicate study findings and project updates to cross-functional stakeholders and support the development of reports and publication materials

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field with 4+ years of relevant RWD experience; OR Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience working with claims, EHR, and registry data sources
• Proficiency with statistical programming tools such as SAS and/or R
• Solid understanding of epidemiologic methods, observational research, and statistical concepts
• Oncology research experience strongly preferred
