Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Member Acquisition to lead subscriber growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy to meet monthly KPIs for new subscriptions
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, managing workflows and ensuring timely launches of initiatives
- Optimize conversion rates across key acquisition channels and establish benchmarks for performance reporting
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in user acquisition for subscription or ecommerce-based products
- Proven track record of driving subscriber growth, preferably in a digital publishing environment
- Hands-on experience with subscriber acquisition tools and managing paid user acquisition across major platforms
- Expertise with email service providers and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Looker and Google Analytics for reporting and insights
