Job Summary

Driving member engagement and lifecycle growth, the full-time Senior Manager of Member Activation will build and execute campaigns to activate eligible members, leveraging data and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a repeatable member activation system that transitions eligible members from awareness to action
  • Own and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, including email, SMS, and direct mail, ensuring quality and strategic alignment
  • Analyze data signals to create personalized member journeys and optimize campaign performance through rigorous testing and experimentation
Required qualifications
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing, engagement, or growth marketing, with a focus on B2C strategies
  • Proficiency in campaign execution using marketing tools like HubSpot, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of data-driven targeting and product-oriented member marketing
  • Operational rigor and attention to detail in a compliance-focused environment
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with diverse teams
