Job Summary

Senior Manager of Member Engagement is a full-time position focused on leading member engagement strategy across various channels in the healthcare sector, emphasizing activation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve member engagement strategy across channels including telemarketing, IVR, SMS, email, and direct mail
  • Design end-to-end engagement journeys to enhance member activation and action
  • Partner with analytics and operations teams to optimize targeting and improve member action rates
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing or related strategy roles
  • Strong experience in designing engagement programs in payer or health plan environments
  • Deep understanding of member behavior in regulated healthcare journeys
  • Experience in telemarketing or call-based engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with Medicare Advantage and government-aligned populations is preferred
