Senior Manager of Member Engagement

Job Summary

Leading the engagement strategy for member populations, the full-time Senior Manager of Member Engagement will oversee a targeted outreach team, drive utilization growth, and enhance member experiences in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a scalable engagement operating system with documented processes and accountability measures
• Analyze engagement performance and optimize outreach strategies to improve utilization and member participation
• Manage and develop the RN outreach team, fostering a culture focused on meaningful member interactions

Required qualifications

• Experience leading teams in digital health, healthcare navigation, advocacy, or member engagement
• Proven ability to analyze engagement performance and drive strategic decisions based on data
• Successful track record in coaching and developing outreach or healthcare-facing teams
• Experience in creating structure and improving operational efficiency across teams
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
