Senior Manager of Observational Research

Job Summary

To support the generation of real-world evidence in drug development, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Observational Research will lead the design and delivery of studies evaluating the benefit:risk profile of medicines while collaborating with cross-functional teams and disseminating findings to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, generation, and delivery of real-world evidence (RWE) to facilitate regulatory decision-making
• Collaborate on integrated evidence generation plans to align RWE studies with cross-functional strategies
• Facilitate the dissemination of RWE through publications, presentations, and training for external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of related research experience, or Master's degree and 6 years, or Bachelor's degree and 8 years, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years, or High School diploma/GED and 12 years of related research experience
• Doctorate in Epidemiology or a related field with a focus on observational research
• Experience in designing and executing observational research studies in pharmaceutical or public health settings
• Familiarity with secondary data systems, including administrative claims, EMR, and registries
• Proven ability to manage observational research projects effectively
