Senior Manager of Operational Transformation

Job Summary

Bridging strategy and execution, the full-time Senior Manager of Operational Transformation will manage change readiness for Guide-facing operational changes, build repeatable tools for adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end change readiness, including deployment, adoption, feedback, and iteration for operational changes
• Build durable tooling such as playbooks and readiness trackers to streamline change processes
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to represent frontline constraints and co-own launch readiness criteria

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program/change management, or operational transformation
• Proven ability to lead change through influence across teams without direct authority
• Experience building tools and systems that are actively used by teams
• Strong ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Working fluency with AI tools and their application in operational contexts
