Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Senior Manager to support leadership in business operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage rhythm of business, executive communications, and key global initiatives
- Collaborate with COO teams to support Customer Success Management and related programs
- Lead preparation of content for high-stakes meetings and partner on Customer Success metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in business operations, strategy, or program management in a SaaS environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior leaders (VPs)
- Agility and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Strategy & Analytics or Customer Success roles is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce products and tools is advantageous
