Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Senior Manager to support leadership in business operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage rhythm of business, executive communications, and key global initiatives
  • Collaborate with COO teams to support Customer Success Management and related programs
  • Lead preparation of content for high-stakes meetings and partner on Customer Success metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in business operations, strategy, or program management in a SaaS environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior leaders (VPs)
  • Agility and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Strategy & Analytics or Customer Success roles is preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products and tools is advantageous
