Leading capacity planning and dispatch strategies, the full-time Senior Manager of Operations will manage workforce planning, service delivery performance, and operational readiness in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring effective workload distribution and service recovery
• Develop and implement short-, mid-, and long-range forecasting and capacity strategies to meet operational demands
