Senior Manager of Operations
Job Summary
To support the scaling of operations, the full-time Senior Manager of Operations will manage capacity orchestration, vendor performance, and cross-functional leadership while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Workforce Management and Operations to translate forecasts and staffing availability into deployment decisions
- Own the staff augmentation strategy and establish performance metrics to optimize vendor relationships
- Lead complex initiatives across multiple teams, setting milestones and tracking progress to ensure accountability
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in operations, workforce management, or program management in a customer-focused or healthcare environment
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Experience in building operating models and performance management systems from scratch
- Strong operational judgment in translating forecasts and staffing plans into practical decisions
- Exceptional systems thinking and stakeholder management skills
