Senior Manager of Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing system and business requirements for new and existing operations, the full-time Senior Manager of Operations will manage system builds, monitor performance trends, and ensure accurate reporting in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the successful setup of system builds for new markets and products, including configuration and testing
• Monitor and evaluate trends in system performance to identify opportunities for improvements
• Establish and manage business specifications for authorization and claims/encounters system infrastructure

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in health care operations, system administration, product/program management, or claims administration
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare coding, benefit design, and various reimbursement strategies
• Previous management experience, including hiring, training, and performance management of staff
• Preferred experience in contracting and provider data management
