Senior Manager of Optimization

Job Summary

To support a service-focused operation, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Optimization will manage the implementation of operational frameworks, drive cross-functional collaboration, and enhance process improvements within the Member & Provider Optimization team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop critical skills to support a lean operation and influence decision-making
• Create routines that enhance collaboration across departments and prevent complex problems
• Implement Continuous Improvement Tools and maintain core metric tracking in a LEAN environment

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in coaching, developing, and managing large teams
• 5+ years of experience using data and metrics for process and program improvements
• 4+ years of experience in collaborative environments with diverse teams
• Experience leading and implementing large-scale projects
• Bachelor's Degree
