Senior Manager of Order Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management & Shipping Experience Sr Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire post-purchase experience from order execution to delivery
• Eliminate operational friction at scale, addressing backlog, errors, and inefficiencies
• Drive global delivery performance while optimizing speed, cost, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Fulfillment, or Supply Chain, preferably in eCommerce
• 3+ years of experience leading teams in complex, multi-market operations
• Strong experience with Order Management Systems and ERP platforms (NetSuite or similar)
• Proven track record of improving operational KPIs related to delivery and customer experience
• Advanced skills in data analysis and process optimization, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
