Senior Manager of Organic Growth

Job Summary

Driving the execution of organic acquisition initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of Organic Growth will manage SEO, AI-driven search, and emerging discovery platforms in a remote capacity, ensuring high-impact projects are delivered efficiently and iteratively.

Key responsibilities

• Execute organic growth priorities through content-driven and technical SEO, AEO, and other discovery channels
• Own the end-to-end execution of initiatives, including scoping, launching, measuring, and iterating on content and experiments
• Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Clinical teams, as well as external resources, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of work

Required qualifications

• 6-9+ years of experience in growth marketing with hands-on expertise in SEO/AEO for customer acquisition
• Proficiency in SEO/AEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance execution speed and quality
• Demonstrated ability to execute within a defined strategy and translate priorities into deliverables
• Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools to inform decision-making
